Step 1: Layout section

* As shown in figure create a new column in first row
* Properties :
    Name: year_select
    Font : 17

Step 2: In DataSources Section

Name : get_all_years
Jndi: SampleData
Query :
SELECT DISTINCT YEAR_ID as YEAR FROM ORDERFACT ORDER BY YEAR_ID

Step3 : In Components Section
Name : year_picker
Parameter: year
Datasource : get_all_year
HtmlObject :  year_select
